Terms and Conditions

  • Exotic Panthers customers get one of the Longest Guarantees Around!  You panther is Guaranteed to arrive Alive and in Good Health for 14 days.
  • Our chameleons are shipped via UPS Next Day Air, a direct door-to-door, overnight service. Insurance for your package is included. Arrival time is 10:30 am to most areas within the United States.
  • All guarantees are waived if someone is not there to accept delivery at time of arrival.

  • We do not guarantee live arrival if temperatures are below 30F or above 90F.
  • If the chameleon is DOA, then the customer must notify Exotic Panthers within an hour after receiving the chameleon and then email Exotic Panthers a photo or all guarantees are null and void.  Exotic Panthers may also require the deceased chameleon to be mailed to them so the deceased chameleon must be frozen for possible inspection.
  • DOA chameleons will be replaced with the same type of animal or an animal of equal value, otherwise a credit will be given.   No cash refunds.  Shipping charges are to be covered by customer.
